“Stuff Happens”! As we are affected by every day situations and circumstances, I have found it imperative for my survival and well being to use different techniques to lower my stress level and bring me back from unconsciousness to awareness. The more aware I am, the more joyful my everyday life is and the more I can live moment to moment.

I will describe their methodology in detail so you can have the opportunity as I did, to use the processes and experience a different reality, even if it is for a moment, than the one we live in, in our heads.
