Good Vibrations and Curried Mushroom Barley Soup

This episode of Inspiration soup is focused on raising vibrations and what feels good. Last week talked about vibration, that negative thoughts can lead to lower vibration and positive thoughts to higher vibration. This week we’re going to enter into the higher vibration and explore what that feels like to you.

We are all accountable for our own vibration.. no one else is responsible for making us happy, however, other people’s influences and differences can pose a challenge to our happy state. It is up to us to figure out what that challenge means and how to correct ourselves from diving too deep into negative emotion. Because those emotions get trapped in our body’s tissues, as they say, our issues are in our tissues, we can experience pain that we CAN control!

When we talk about positive vibration, we are talking about feeling good: feeling, light, happy, joyful, exhilarated, floating, soaring.. Filling our lives with things that bring us up and not down is the key. And if you’re in a situation that you can’t get out of right now, you can use these other tools to get you through. Watch this episode while eating your soup! Enjoy a musical performance and demonstration of essential oils and crystals to connect with Divine guidance.
